<p>If you've seen postal carriers outside <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href=" target="_blank">delivering mail</a> in the extreme summer heat, you might assume that they can do their jobs in any conditions. But when the weather gets <em>too</em> dangerous, the U.S. USPS suspends operations by pulling workers off their routes. In fact, this past winter we saw the USPS temporarily close hundreds of <a rel="noopener noreferrer" href=" target="_blank">post offices</a> across the country amid snowstorms and blizzards.
