1. Gaza opens to foreigners, wounded Palestinians and other nationals

On Sunday, after two days without evacuations, foreigners as well as wounded Palestinians could leave Gaza again through the Rafah border. Only 50 people left Gaza on Friday and only 2,000 people have been evacuated in the past two weeks.

Israel has frequently suspended evacuations due to airstrikes. This is despite Israel’s order to all 1.1 million northern Gaza residents to move south. Airstrikes also caused a pause in evacuations on Wednesday of last week.

2. Dwanye D Johnson may not want to run, but others would like him to.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson revealed that he had been approached by several political parties in 2022 to run for the presidency. The actor and ex-professional wrestler shared his story on the What Now? With Trevor Noah In a podcast, several campaigns cited a poll from 2021 that showed 46 percent US adults would support Johnson if the latter ran for President.
