You may feel you are simply existing if this is you. Complete Living. Do not miss the opportunity to live your life to its fullest. Why would you let your unique life pass without living each day to the fullest? You wouldn’t. However, it can be hard to let go of that space and get into the life that you really want.
There is hope. By truly getting intentional with what you want and focusing on what’s meaningful to you, you can create the life of your highest potential.

Here’s how to get started with living the life you want:
1. Connect with yourself
It is essential to make connections with yourself in order to live the life that you desire. You can start by learning to be present – to notice and appreciate the little moments of your life that are happening right now that bring you joy and fulfillment.
Take a deep breath, close your eyes. What do you love most about your life? What are you thankful for? How can you be grateful? Feel In your life? Close your eyes and let those feelings fill you. What can you do? Today That will allow you to feel that way. From there, you can begin to build your vision.
2. Take action and grow
To live your life to its full potential, you must take action. Next, take daily actions that align with your vision to live your best life. You can become more conscious of your roadblocks and obstacles by being intentional about aligned actions.
This is your opportunity to recognize them, accept them, and work with them. This will enable you to constantly improve your self-esteem and confidence, as well as uncovering what you are capable.
Aligned action means saying “yes” to the life you want to be living, and saying “no” to everything that is taking you off course. Good news: You can begin. It’s easy – start with One action per day! Build up slowly over time.
3. Be open to change
After you’ve started to live intentionally focused on your vision, you will also need to make the time to reflect and to sit in silence.
Listening to yourself can help you ask yourself if you are moving in the right direction. Are I making progress toward the life I desire?
Learning to process and understand your emotions will make you your compass, which will help you determine if something isn’t working. Don’t get too comfortable with your routines or habits. Be aware of them and make changes to improve their effectiveness.
4. Live and give
You can now stay focused, present, true to yourself, and remain present.
This new way of living will allow you to feel fully alive, know your worth and pursue your dreams with passion. If you are able to live your life according to your vision, not only will you change but the world around will be better.
You will find fulfillment, happiness, joy, and fulfillment when you do what you love.
These four steps will allow you to go beyond being merely living. I know because I’ve done it myself. As you, for many decades I wasn’t truly living. I was simply being. And I didn’t even realize it.
Although I came to work feeling confident, I felt deep within that I still had doubts and insecurities. I completed my daily routines every day, but I wasn’t experiencing life.
Then, one day I suddenly realized that I wasn’t satisfied and that I deserved a better life. I began a seven-year journey to find myself. I learned who I was, what I wanted, and what I could do. This was how it happened. This journey has led me to creating Breverie – to help others achieve the same transformation. To stop being a victim and allow you to live.
