DIY Gingerbread House Kits
Every year, before Christmas, my daughters love to decorate gingerbread houses. Most likely because they can eat candy. But I also like to think it’s because of the creative process and making something cute.
We love to add hot chocolate, and have Christmas carols played in the background.
I thought that it would be fun this year to create small gingerbread house kits. I had fun making a Build Your Gingerbread House Tag to make it more official. Lol.

They are easy to make. Here’s what you need:
- Sandwich bags
- Graham Crackers
- I buy my candies at Bulk Barn
- Build Your Own Gingerbread House
Add 8 square Graham Crackers, or 4 large rectangles if you are using the Christie brand (shown below). Brand name crackers are the best, because the large rectangle can be cut on the top at an angle. The roof crackers will have a more stable resting point.
