My most successful colleagues were humble, from their first day to their last day of work. People who reached the top in their respective fields of education, medicine, law or business were humble. A great leader will be open to learning new things.
It was odd that people who tried to be the best at their jobs but failed were the arrogant and egotistical. This was a common occurrence.
