Setting a resolution is up to you and you only! Most resolutions are made at the start of a new calendar year. But, resolutions can be made at any time. You can make any resolution you want and set it to expire whenever you like.

We may all have had personal experiences which show that it’s easier to resolve than to keep them. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give it all you’ve got! These are five tips to help you keep your resolutions alive and to see them through.

#1 Be realistic

Remember this: whatever is your goal – the important thing is that you are honest with yourself and that you set resolutions according to your lifestyle. If you are not the outdoors type, setting a resolution that requires you to be outdoors often isn’t realistic. Be honest with yourself, and consider your resources and time to achieve your goals.
